There are many good reasons to learn Nitrox certification. You can enjoy the excitement of diving with Nitrox. This certification will help you become more confident as an instructor. Certification courses are offered by several organizations. These courses include the NAUI Enriched Airnitrox Diver (PADI Enriched Air Diver), SSI Adventure Diver (Open Water Diver), and PADI Enriched Air Diver (PADI Enriched Air Diver).
PADI Enriched Air Diver
PADI Enriched Air Diver (EANx), certification is for divers who want to increase their bottom time. This course includes both a classroom session and home study. The EANx course teaches the basics of how to record the percentage of oxygen in a scuba tank.
The time that divers can stay underwater for is extended when they are Nitrox-enriched. This is due to the lower level of nitrogen in the air, which allows for a wider safety margin. Also, enriched air mix usually has 32% or 36% oxygen. This makes them great for shallower dives.

NAUI Enriched Air Nitrox Diver
If you want to improve your diving, an enriched air diver certification will help you get there. This course teaches you the fundamentals of blending air, the risks associated with high oxygen concentrations, and how to handle the equipment. Furthermore, you'll be able to use a divecomputer and analyze the contents. Additionally, you will learn how to use a standard air diving table and the Equivalent Water Depthance (EANx). You'll also learn about common blending procedures for nitrogen and oxygen.
Nitrox is also known as enhanced air. This type of breathing gas contains more oxygen then standard air. The increased oxygen content means you can stay underwater longer and not need to refill your tank. Because it reduces decompression fatigue, this is good for your health. Also, enriched-air divers have shorter surface intervals.
SSI Adventure Diver
SSI International is a recognised diving organization. The SSI Adventure Diver Nitrox Certification ranks among the top. You will need to have experience, knowledge, skills, and both. You must have at least 50 dives, and four specialty courses to be eligible for this award.
The SSI Adventure Diver nitrox course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to dive in limited visibility. It teaches divers to navigate in the dark, use specialized equipment, and communicate with a dive buddy. After completing the course, divers will be awarded the SSI Advanced Open Water Diver rating and are eligible to receive the SSI Nitrox Specialty certificate.

SSI Open Water Diver
Internationally recognized, the SSI Open Water Diver program includes three components: academic learning, in water pool training, and multiple open water dives. During this course, you will learn how to plan and dive using enriched air mixes up to 40% oxygen. This can increase your bottom speed and decrease your surface time. It also helps you avoid decompression syndrome.
PADI and SSI diver centers have different ways of handling certifications. You must purchase your manual to obtain a PADI certification. With an SSI certificate, however, your card will be issued by the dive center in which you have completed your course. PADI certification centers might also provide temporary cards that can be used as proof of certification.
