Course in PADI Master Scuba Diver

Requirements

The Practical Assessment (or Practical Assessment) portion of the Divemaster program consists in four distinct sections. Each section has multiple performance requirements. Exam

Liability releases
For clients to participate in scuba dive excursions, they must sign the Master diving Liability Release. This is necessary because if the equipment stops working, the diver can sue either the rental company or the company that produced it. One recent example of this is a California class action lawsuit filed by Ralph Huntziner against Aqua Lung. Aqua Lung's computer for diving malfunctioned, leading to serious injuries and even the death of the diver. Divers have vital information such as air time remaining and pressure in their air tanks. The result was a class-action lawsuit and settlement for millions of US dollars.
