Thomas Cranmer, a reader of Undercurrent, experienced a problem with his BC. Thomas sent Sherwood two times and completed the "Contact Us” form. But, he couldn't get an answer. Sherwood does not have a physical address. He eventually wrote a letter certified to the Irvine, California address that was on the company's brochures. However, he was not able to forward the letter.
