You should complete an Advanced Open Water Diver Course if you want to elevate your diving skills. This course will improve your navigation, buoyancy, and deep diving skills. It also offers three specialty diving options. You'll earn credit toward specialty certifications when you complete the course.

Adventure dives

You must take an adventure dive to become a fully certified diver. They increase your awareness and buoyancy as well as improve your communication skills. Normally, you must complete 5 adventure dives before you can be certified. Your instructor will assist you in improving your breathing and kicking skills, as well as teaching you how to plan your dives.

Adventure dives, which are the first of each specialty course's dives, count towards the specialty to be completed. You will be able to select dives that are useful in the future. PADI recommends divers with multiple objectives. These could include deep exploration, wildlife research, or exploring wrecks.

Night dive

Advanced Open Water Diver Course teaches students about safe diving techniques. They learn to control their breathing and adjust their body positions. They also learn to communicate with each other and how to use diving lights. Students will have fun as they practice their skills by playing games in shallow water.

Night diving can be a great way of discovering new underwater worlds. It's a totally different experience than diving during daytime, and night dives offer more excitement than daytime. Even though night diving may seem intimidating, it is actually not that difficult. Your instructor will teach you the correct techniques and help with any difficulties you might face when diving at night.

Underwater naturalist dive

PADI Underwater Naturalist Course aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge to interact with aquatic ecosystems. Students learn about basic organism groupings and identification, how these species live in different habitats and how to practice environmentally-friendly diving. Students also learn about marine conservation and biodiversity.

PADI Underwater Naturalist Course is for those divers who have obtained their PADI Open Diver Certification and are looking to gain a deeper understanding of the marine environment. The course includes information about coral reefs. marine organisms. food chains. and the relationships between those organisms. The course lasts for one day and involves two open water dives.

Peak performance buoyancy dive

Staying buoyant is one of the most important skills you can learn while diving. Maintaining buoyancy at all times is crucial as decompression illness can be caused by falling into the sea. Poor buoyancy control can increase your risk of injury from marine life or sharp rocks. This specialty, the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty, is designed to assist divers in developing proper buoyancy control and avoiding these problems.

PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy specialty is a class that lasts one week and includes classroom, pool, and optional open water dives. The class also teaches students buoyancy control, which helps them glide through the water better. The PPB program is all about making diving more enjoyable, fun, and efficient.

Maximum depth of 30 meters or 100 feet

PADI Advanced Open Water will teach you the skills required to dive to depths of 100 feet. This is dangerous because you could get nitrogen narcosis or impaired cognitive function. Additionally, mistakes made at this depth could prove fatal. This is why you shouldn't go deeper than that without proper training.

The Advanced Open Water course is typically completed within 1.5 to 2 days. The instructor will determine the duration of the course. The course can be taken online or at a local beach. Instructor training is essential before you take the course.
