SSI Basic Course in Freediver
The SSI Basic Freediver Course will teach you all you need to be able to dive in the ocean. The course combines classroom training with practice in the water. The program involves two pool and one open water session. You will be awarded the SSI Basic Freediver certificate at the end of this course.
The SSI Basic Freediver program will help you swim 400m, dive 50m in CWT (50 meters), freedive 20m, and perform a simulated Blackout. You can also swim to the surface. It will also teach you the skills you need to dive up to 40m. SSI certifications are recognized all over the globe. You'll be able diving in all oceans. The Molchanovs Freediving Course will take you from beginner freediver to competitive freediver.
