The SDI Review process results in one of four outcomes: Approval, denial, remand for additional information, or recommendation for waiver. The process can be done by either an in-house review team or an external consultant firm. SDI works with existing portfolios in order to reduce waste and perform mission-critical functions. SDI offers managed service programs and independent contractor programs in addition to project management, business process outsourcing, and project management. The company aims to integrate its resources to offer the best solutions to every client.
The sdi Review results are approval, rejection, remand, request for additional information, or recommendation to waive
Once the SSDI review has been completed, the SSA decides whether it will approve, deny or remand to obtain additional information. It then sends a memo to the MDH Unit, indicating whether the data-related agreement is approved, deferred, or remanded. If the agreement was approved, the MDH Unit can move with execution.
If an applicant is denied, the SSA sends a second warning. After the date of denial, the applicant has sixty-five calendar days to request an administrative law judge (ALJ) hearing. Similar to hearings on disability issues, this hearing can be requested. The hearing can be conducted in person, by phone or videoconference. During the hearing, the applicant or his or her representative can bring witnesses to testify about the issues and the circumstances surrounding the denial. The ALJ might also request expert testimony to support the case. The ALJ may notify the applicant by writing if they lose. The hearing may take several months to complete.

A disability review may take three to seven years. It can be approved, denied or remanded for more information. If an individual is able or able, the SSA may initiate a disability evaluation.

Cognito Forms: Data-related agreement submitted through Cognito Forms to SDI Team
A Data-Related Agreement is a legal document that requires approval from the SDI Team prior to execution. These agreements must be submitted through Cognito Forms and must include the relevant documentation and proposed contracts. The SDI Team has 30 days to review a Data-Related Agreement, and they may ask for more information such as security controls and a SOC 2 Type II audit. They may also request additional information, such as questions related to data migration.
Once a Data-Related Agreement (DRA) is submitted, the SDI Team reviews the documents and will recommend contracts. The Agreement is subjected to the same privacy/security policies as other forms submitted through Cognito Forms.
