Different types of freediving courses

A freediving training course can help you learn how to freedive. Freediving courses are great for amateurs and professionals alike. There are many different freedive courses to choose from: PADI Advanced Freediver, NAUI Basic, SSI basics, and Molchanovs.

PADI Advanced freediver course

PADI Advanced freediving is a great course to enhance your freediving skills. This course will show you how to perform long dives under apnea. Additionally, you'll learn how to rescue freedivers in an emergency and how to perform in freefall.

After you have successfully completed PADI Advanced Freediver, you will be eligible for the Instructor course. This is the next step in your freediving career. This course will teach you how to maintain a static breathing hold for three minutes and 30 seconds, as well as a dynamic hold for 70 meters. The course also teaches you how to manage buoys and ropes, mouth fill, and no-fins divers. During the course, an instructor may allow you to assist.

NAUI Basic freediver course

The NAUI Basic Freediver Course is designed for people who want to learn to freedive and improve their freediving skills. This course lasts four hours and combines classroom discussion with pool time. It will teach you the fundamentals of freediving, including the physics and physiology of freediving. It covers breathing techniques for deep diving and equalization. You must be at least 12 years old and have adequate swimming skills.


Before you can enroll in advanced courses, you need to have at least some freediving experience. This course will teach you all you need to know about freediving and prepare you for more advanced training. Once you've completed the course, you can go on to become a PADI Freediver. You will be able freedive with a buddy at the pool or ocean.

SSI Basic Course in Freediver

The SSI Basic Freediver course will give you the basic skills you need to dive into the ocean. It combines classroom training and water practice. Two open water and one pool sessions are included in the program. The course will end with the SSI Basic Freediver certification.

The SSI Basic Freediver course will teach you how swim 400 meters, to dive 50 meters in CWT and freedive 20 metres, to perform a simulated blackout, as well as how to swim to the surface. It will also teach you the skills you need to dive up to 40m. SSI has certification programs that are recognized worldwide. This certification allows you to dive in any ocean. The SSI Basic freediver course is a great way for you to get wet, and discover if you love freediving.

Freediving Course by Molchanovs

The Molchanovs freediving course will take you from beginner to competitive freediver. You can choose from four levels of open-water courses or a Lap course to learn how to freedive in the pool. After you have completed the Lap course, you will be able move on to the Wave class, which will teach open water freediving.

Molchanovs is a freediving school that has been developed by some of the most renowned freedivers around the globe. It also includes online training and personal training. You will learn how to freedive correctly from the beginning. The instructors are the best in the field and have a passion to share their knowledge with others. After completing your course, you may continue your training online.
